My prediction re: the Dogs in the Vineyard game was “moderately epic” — I think we got there. Sorcery, ghosts, exorcism, and face-shooting.

New theory: an artist’s seriousness with regard to ‘the work’, and impatience w/amateurs runs inverse to their belief in their own ability.
