During the Serenity Panel, Joss asked his own questions of the actors, one of which was “what are you doing next?”
Many amusing answers revolving around Serenity spin-offs and homelessness followed, but Ron Glass (the last to answer) set everyone a bit back on their heels by announcing that he had recently (would have been two days before the panel) accepted a position as the National Campaign Chairperson for the Evansville African American Museum.
To which Joss commented, “One thing I love about Ron is how he can make everyone else look really shallow.”
