And wise; his commentary on change and how people react to it is worth a post all its own, at some point in the future when I&#8217;m not blogging via a ridiculously overpriced hotel connection.\n<li>Ninjas &#8212; successful ones, at any rate &#8212; would never wear flip flops.\n<li>I have a good book you should read, that I guarantee you&#8217;ve never read.  More later.\n<li>All sand is not created equal.  The sand of Los Cabos, for example, reminds you rather constantly of its origin as pulverized, sharp rock; and that the pulverizing process itself was not particularly thorough.\n<li>Respect riptides.\n<\/ul>\n<p>And finally, this bit of wisdom, as we walked along the fairly ironic <a href=\"http:\/\/www.loscabosguide.com\/beaches\/lovers.htm\">Lover&#8217;s Beach<\/a>:<br \/>\n&#8220;They said they filmed part of Planet of the Apes here.&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8220;Who did?&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8220;The people I was eavesdropping on.&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8220;Huh. The first one, or the new one?&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8220;I don&#8217;t know. There&#8217;s only so much information you can get from eavesdropping.&#8221;<br \/>\nSee you all in a few days.
